Dale Swords
Founding Director
Dale has over 20 years of experience operating within the technology staffing sector. After achieving a degree in Journalism, he joined the UK's largest technology recruitment firm where he successfully progressed for 8 years before founding the Understanding Recruitment Group with Chris in 2007.
His favorite thing about his role is watching people's progression through the business over time.
When he's not busy with his family, Dale can be found at the gym, playing football, or on the golf course. An interesting fact about Dale is that he lived in Italy between the ages of three and five and spoke almost fluent Italian – sadly, all forgotten!
