James first joined the Understanding Recruitment Group back in 2013 as a trainee, but he didn't stop there. By late 2022, he'd worked his way up to Director, growing multiple teams within Software Engineering.
On the lookout for a new challenge, James decided to kick off Futerra Talent, merging his love for recruitment with a desire to make a positive environmental impact.
His focus is on scaling up innovative Greentech companies by connecting them with top-notch talent that can make a real difference. The ultimate goal for Futerra? To stand out as the global leader in Greentech talent.
