Jana McDonald
Head of Marketing
Meet Jana, our Head of Marketing, bringing a decade of expertise to the role. Since 2018, she's been instrumental in expanding our five brands globally at the Understanding Recruitment Group. With a background in tech and travel, Jana worked for multinational companies abroad before settling in the UK.
Her favorite aspect of the role is the gratification that comes from driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Outside of work, Jana loves traveling, experiencing new cultures, and exploring the nearby Lake District (she's based in northern England)!
An interesting fact about Jana is that she speaks fluent Spanish and German and lived in Spain for over 15 years.
